UNESA Presents YouthUp 2026 Workshop and Campus Tour for Student Empowerment

Surabaya — Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) once again presents a student development initiative through the Workshop & Campus Tour titled “YouthUp 2026,” which will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026, at Building O1, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Education, UNESA Lidah Wetan. This event is part of a youth empowerment program within the IdeaFest Surabaya ecosystem, focusing on leadership development, entrepreneurship, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI).
The workshop, scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (WIB), will feature several inspiring speakers, including Edric Chandra as Program Initiator of Diplomat Success Challenge & Engagement Manager, Yoshel Ramlier as Co-Founder & CMO of SOD, and Isaac Munandar as CEO & Co-Founder of Maxy Academy. The speakers will share practical insights and experiences in building careers and businesses in the digital era.
The first session, titled “Find Your ‘Why’: Discover Purpose, Design Your Career,” will introduce participants to the concept of Ikigai as an approach to discovering life purpose and designing a meaningful career path. This session emphasizes self-awareness and personal potential development in shaping the future.
Meanwhile, the second session, “AI-Driven Entrepreneurship: Mastering the AI-Powered BMC,” will focus on utilizing artificial intelligence in developing a Business Model Canvas. Participants will gain practical knowledge on how AI can be leveraged to create innovative and market-relevant business models.
In addition to the workshop sessions, the event also includes a campus tour, networking opportunities with professionals, and various benefits such as e-certificates, badges, and merchandise. Notably, the entire program is free of charge for registered participants.
Through YouthUp 2026, UNESA aims to encourage students and young people to be better prepared for future challenges, develop an innovative mindset, and effectively utilize technology to create a positive impact in society.
